Overview

Genesys Care Alarm Monitoring - Standard is a service available to Genesys Care customers to monitor your Genesys application environment 24x7 for critical issues via alarms. It leverages intellectual property, tools, and best practices to mitigate and prevent issues before they significantly impact your business.

When Genesys receives a critical alarm and detects a serious issue, Genesys can proactively contact you and based on your response, even create a new case and start working the issue immediately, hence reducing the problem resolution time. Used in conjunction with our Log Retrieval service, we can speedup resolution time even more.

This document describes the installation of the Alarm Monitoring - Standard tool. It provides 24x7 Live Monitoring of Critical Alarms in your environment by Genesys personnel. You can also monitor alarms on your Android or Apple mobile device.

It is secure and easy to install. The Alarm Monitoring tool supports both Windows and Unix servers. It is also Genesys Care Center compatible.
