Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met before you can install and configure Workspace Web Edition & Web Services:

Prerequisites

• The Genesys Platform has been installed, configured, and tested.
• Review the Deployment Scenarios.
• Jetty 9 has been installed and configured.
• Cassandra 1.2 has been installed and configured.

Supported Versions

• Linux Red Hat, versions 6 & 7
• Jetty 9
• Cassandra 1.2
