Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met before you can install and configure Workspace Web Edition & Web Services:

• The Genesys Platform has been installed, configured, and tested.
• Review the Deployment Scenarios.
• Jetty has been installed and configured.
• Cassandra has been installed and configured.
