A Reporting and Analytics (Reporting and Analytics) data type that represents a metric that is not directly available from any detailed record, such as the total number of interactions that are handled by an agent in a specified time interval. It is assumed that any statistic can be obtained by processing the data that is available from the detailed records, either as a snapshot statistic (which represents the results of calculations that are related to a single moment of time, such as the current number of interactions in a queue) or an accumulated statistic (which represents the results of calculations that are related to a time interval, such as the daily average talk time).
A statistic may be predefined by the Reporting and Analytics product line, or it may be a custom statistic.
