GSW Key Names

GSW key names are key-value pairs (KVPs), such as GSW_CALL_ATTEMPT_GUID, that Outbound Contact Server attaches to outbound events, so that Genesys Info Mart can process Outbound reporting data. GSW is not an acronym but is just a part of a predefined key name.
