Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issue:
The Recording Processor Script (RPS) supports a new optional parameter, [config_server].config_server_encoding, to enable decoding of the multibyte usernames from Configuration Server. This hotfix is required for the following circumstance only:
- Configuration Server is configured for multiple languages (UTF-8).
- Microsoft SQL Server is used for the Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) ICON database.
- The agent username contains characters encoded as multiple bytes in UTF-8.
Previously, when Configuration Server used UTF-8 encoding, and if a username contained special characters, RPS posted that username incorrectly. This resulted in two usernames being displayed for calls in SpeechMiner. (GIR-20111)
