What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • The Recording Processor Script (RPS) now supports specifying a list of ICON database connections in the configuration (more than two). Should any of the connected databases become unavailable, RPS will iterate through the list of databases. Previously, RPS supported only a primary and backup HA database pair.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

This release corrects an issue that occurred under a rare race condition: the eventHistory might be missing from the call recording metadata.

If the eventHistory is not available in the ICON database when the call ends, the Recording Processor Script (RPS) will now wait for icon_timeout before doing a POST to Interaction Recording Web Services. Previously, the RPS would not wait for the eventHistory and as soon as the call ended, it would do a POST to RWS, resulting in missing event history. (GIR-10444)

The Recording Processor Script no longer terminates unexpectedly while reconnecting to the DBServer. (GIR-10046)
