What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • Interaction Server Proxy now supports TLS 1.2.
  • This release adds the configuration option health-log-interval in the [settings] section. Use this option to specify the time interval, in seconds, between printing basic Proxy KPIs into logs. A value of 0 disables printing.
  • Interaction Server Proxy now outputs current option values at the beginning of each log file.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Client requests are now answered as expected in Interaction Server cluster environments if the primary/backup switchover occurs for one of the nodes while the Proxy is processing an interaction-related request from a client application. Previously, the client request might not be answered in rare situations. (ESR-13218)

The installation procedure no longer offers to install Interaction Server Proxy using the T-Server application type. You must use the Interaction Server Application type. (ESR-12218)

Upgrade Notes

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.110.11.
