New in This Release
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in this release of Genesys Driver for Use with Twitter.
- Social Messaging Server now supports a directory that is used by primary and backup Social Messaging Servers to store information about submitted interactions. Twitter Driver uses that directory to avoid duplicate submission of interactions in case of the server's switchover or restart. (SMD-1909)
- This release adds the following option to the Twitter-monitor section:
Name: str-language
Default value: [none]
Valid values: List of language tags separated by spaces
Changes take effect:Immediately
Specifies one or more language-based filters for the public stream; for example, "en fr de". Each filter selects only messages with the corresponding language attribute, which is assigned by Twitter according to the message’s content. The possible language tags are defined in the document Tags for Identifying Languages. This option is not mandatory.
This release also adds the interaction attribute "_twitterMsgLanguage", of the type "status", for inbound Twitter messages. This attribute designates the language of a message, e.g. "en". (SMD-1774)
