If there is no record regarding a particular private conversation in a history file when the Driver starts, it now reads private messages for a period defined as the current time minus the value of the channel-any_name/x-history-time-period option. Previously, the period was the current time minus 24 hours, which resulted in unwanted messages being delivered to agents. (SMD-3008)
