Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Facebook Driver now properly delivers private messages to an agent for new threads. Previously, the Driver did not deliver all private messages for new “conversations” between the page and the user if the user produced many messages during short period of time – only the last one was delivered to an agent. (SMD-2713)
Upgrade Notes
