The Adapter now correctly processes email subjects and addresses (to, from, etc.) according to RFC-2047 (like "=?ISO-8859-1?B?SWYgeW91IGNhbiByZWFkIHRoaXMgeW8=?= =?ISO-8859-2?B?dSB1bmRlcnN0YW5kIHRoZSBleGFtcGxlLg==?="). Previously, these strings were not decoded, resulting in a malformed string. (GPSBL-5549)

The Adapter now correctly processes email interactions that are greater than 16KB in size; the Adapter also includes an HTML-based body encoded in UTF-8. Previously, the email body presented broken encoding. (GPSBL-5548)
