Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Sometimes when Genesys Knowledge Center plugin for Administrator is used with Genesys Pulse, the Knowledge Center plugin or Pulse plugin were not able to start correctly and this happens due to library conflict. When Genesys Knowledge Center plugin for Administrator is installed, please ensure that there are no duplicate libraries in the installation folder (same library but different versions). If you find such libraries, remove the older one with the smaller version number. (GK-2803)

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.200.08.
