It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. The Resolved Issues section for each release describes the corrections and may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

Customers receive an extraneous file uploaded message on their device when receiving a message from an agent that includes an attachment.

If Universal Contact Center stops functioning, the Apple Business Chat Plug-in for Workspace Desktop Edition might show an interaction as in progress, when in fact the interaction had already been marked as Done by an agent.
Workaround: Upgrade to the 9.0.001.05 release, which uses an updated business process.

Customer devices might report that Apple Business Chat messages that contain large attachments and/or multiple attachment messages have been successfully delivered, but the message was not delivered due to an error.
