Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues.
In scenarios where StatServer sends out events with invalid requestIds, GWS will be able to handle those requests correctly, ensuring accurate agent presence display and proper state synchronization across sessions. Previously, in the above scenario, proper state synchronization across sessions was not happening, causing agents to appear intermittently unavailable
A new option has been added to control the handling of requests with an invalid requestId:(GWS86-1359) serverSettings.closeAllUnknownStatistics

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.6.000.16.
