Install/Configuration Steps

Customer provides a list of the fields that they have in WFM plus an indication of what they want.

Examples when working Genesys:

WfmID, Firstname, Lastname, EmploymentID, PositionName, PositionID, LMPositionID,Site, Team, Email

Examples when working Teleopti:
