Genesys Intelligent Automation Migration Guide
This guide provides the information you need to migrate to the latest version of Genesys Intelligent Automation and its database schema.
Prior to release 9.0.0, Genesys Intelligent Automation Migration Guide was known as Genesys App Automation Platform (GAAP). GAAP version 3.6 was the last release before the name change. For information about GAAP 3.6, releases, refer to the 3.5 and 3.6 tabs on the Genesys Intelligent Automation wiki page.
