When Interaction Workspace is configured to auto-answer calls, the Interaction Workspace Plug-in now ensures that calls are successfully answered, regardless of the order of notification received from the Microsoft Lync and SIP Server. Corrections and Modifications
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 8.0 release of Interaction Workspace Plug-in for Lync.
Interaction Workspace Plug-in for Lync adds functionality to Interaction Workspace which enables integration with the Microsoft Lync Client. This makes it possible for incoming voice calls arriving at the Lync Client to be answered via the Interaction Workspace pop-up. When making outgoing calls, autoanswer is returned to the device that originated the call. The voice channel is exclusively routed to the Lync Client, but control is maintained by two routes: T-Lib from Interaction Workspace to SIP Server, and SIP signaling via Lync Front End to SIP Server.

lync.displayed.answered.windowDetermines how the answered Lync window should be displayed when a Lync call is answered.
lync.expire.timerSpecifies the time span between the Interaction Workspace pop-up and the Lync pop-up. Within this time span, UC Connector considers these conversations to be related, and the call can either be auto-answered or answered via the Interaction Workspace popup accept key.
lync.reconnect.timerTests the connection to the Lync Client. If the connection is not seen during this time, then try to re-connect to the Lync Client.
