When an EventPartyChanged message is received after the EventRinging or EventEstablished message on the IVR port DN and before a NewCall request is received, IVR Server now correctly completes the NewCall request. Previously in this scenario, IVR Server sometimes cleared TEvents required to complete a NewCall request, therefore failing to complete the NewCall request. (IVR-2868)
During startup, when a connection attempt is made to Configuration Server, IVR Server no longer terminates unexpectedly when accessing an uninitialized variable. (IVR-2869)
