When an EventPartyChanged message is received after the EventRinging or EventEstablished message on the IVR port DN and before a NewCall request is received, IVR Server now correctly completes the NewCall request. Previously in this scenario, IVR Server sometimes cleared TEvents required to complete a NewCall request, therefore failing to complete the NewCall request. (IVR-2868)


During startup, when a connection attempt is made to Configuration Server, IVR Server no longer terminates unexpectedly when accessing an uninitialized variable. (IVR-2869)

IVR Server, when running on Linux, now correctly applies the waiting-for-newcall-timeout option value in the TServerClientSap section. The value change takes effect after IVR Server is restarted. Previously, IVR Server did not apply the updated option value, which defaulted to 30 seconds. (IVR -2856)

Known Issues and Recommendations

Running the Programmable Gateway Framework the on the RHEL 6 operating system requires the installation of 32-bit libstdc++.so.5 library.

Running the Programmable Gateway Framework on the AIX operating system requires the installation of VisualAge C++ for AIX Version 6.0 Runtime Libraries at the 6.0.0.0 level or higher. Additional information on obtaining runtime libraries can be found on the web at http://www.ibm.com/software/awdtools/vacpp/support/.
