Opens a communication session to the T-Server specified
by the conn_param
argument, and designates the event-processing
function to be invoked each time an event from T-Server is detected.
Use this function (instead of
TOpenServer()
or TOpenServerEx()
) to set up an ADDP-compliant connection to T-Server. ADDP provides
timely detection of TCP/IP connections, or failures, where the TCP/IP
itself fails to provide the same information in a timely manner.
