This is a hot fix release for the French (France) market. This localization is based on Workforce Management Configuration Utility 8.5.001.04. Modifications to this software component in later software versions are not supported in this localized version.
This release contains the following correction or modification:
Supervisors can now add or remove agents to/from a team in localized versions of WFM Configuration Utility. (WFM-23084)

In Configuration Utility, the About window now displays the correct release number (8.5.0) after login. Previously, the About window incorrectly displayed WFM Configuration Utility 8.1.3 (but with the correct Program version: 8.5.000.00). (WFM-21860)
Data Aggregator settings that are hidden cannot be updated for Business Units or Sites, when the Configuration Utility OptionalSettings > HideDA_settings option is set to True. Previously, Data Aggregator settings could sometimes be updated, even though they were hidden. (WFM-21869)
Agents and Activity types now display correctly in Configuration Utility. Previously, in Configuration > Organization > Agent Properties the Agent could sometimes be incorrectly skilled as Secondary or Primary for an Activity, based only on the Agent's skills configuration, disregarding the Activity type directly assigned to the Agent. (WFM-21952)
Allow synchronization security option now disables user access to the synchronization functionality, if there is at least one other user whose access is enabled by this security option. Previously, users could perform synchronization, regardless of whether access was enabled or disabled by this security option setting. (WFM-22044)

Workforce Management 8.1 Configuration Utility Help explains how to use the WFM Configuration Utility to set up WFM objects (such as sites, time zones, and Agents) and constraints (such as security settings, working hours, and time-off rules).
Workforce Management 8.5 Web for Supervisors Help explains how to use the Supervisor web interface to create forecasts and schedules, make schedule and staffing changes, and to track Agent real-time adherence and contact center performance. WFM Web for Supervisors also contains the WFM reporting functions.
