Corrections and Modifications
This is a hot fix for this product. This release does not contain new features or functionality.
This release includes the following corrections and modifications:
With this release, WFM Builder creates schedules with balanced coverage for Mondays and Saturdays. Previously, Mondays could be understaffed and Saturdays overstaffed in some situations. (ER# 230671691)
With this release, WFM Builder builds schedules that do not overlap when a granted part-day time-off instance exists in the calendar before Noon. Previously, this situation sometimes caused two shifts on consecutive days to overlap. (ER# 230153687)

Corrections and Modifications
There are no restrictions for this release. No new features were introduced in this release of Workforce Management Builder.
This release also includes the following corrections and modifications:
With this release, one contract with the synchronized break scheduling option selected can no longer affect break synchronization of other contracts. Previously, the synchronized break option of one contract could force breaks in other contracts to be synchronized as well. (ER# 219329033)
Workforce Management (WFM) Builder now correctly schedules agent preferences
when the maxseats
setting is specified for a site. (ER# 191109481)
Schedule building no longer fails with the message invalid date range
specified
under these conditions:
none
.(ER# 189742751)
A day off is no longer forced on the first day of a schedule in this scenario:
An incorrect distance calculation (now fixed) caused the problem (now solved) by adding one extra minute to the distance between the shifts on the day before the schedule and the first day of the schedule.
(ER# 199921346)
When building a schedule with agent prioritization, WFM Builder no longer generates Error 1066 due to incorrect handling of task sequences. (ER# 208506591)
Building a schedule with prioritization no longer produces an excessive number of warnings regarding rejected temporary solutions. (ER# 217611014)
Creating a schedule with the maxseat
constraint configured no
longer causes Error 1066
. (ER# 214299791)

Corrections and Modifications
This is a hot fix for this product. This release does not contain new features or functionality.
This release includes the following corrections and modifications:
With this release, WFM Builder can correctly schedule mandatory paid breaks that are fully overlapped by exceptions, by placing those breaks adjacent to the exceptions. Previously, Builder sometimes placed breaks too far away from exceptions. (ER# 207720437)
With this release, paid breaks are correctly ignored (when necessary) while WFM Builder evaluates the compatibility of paid time off and shifts. Previously, part-day paid time offs or exceptions could be removed when the sum of paid time off + paid breaks + unpaid break duration was too long for the available time. (ER# 209706071)
Now, when there is a conflict between a granted part-day time off (or granted part-day exception) and the shift, the time off (or exception) is removed. Previously, a day off was scheduled. (ER# 210062274)

Corrections and Modifications
This is a hot fix for this product. This release does not contain new features or functionality.
This release includes the following corrections and modifications:
With this release, an anchored, optional, fixed length task sequence does not cause any incorrect days off. Previously, an optional task sequence which covered an entire shift duration, and was anchored to the shift ends, could cause incorrectly scheduled days off instead of work days. (ER# 174867943)
WFM Builder now correctly schedules work days when a shift has configured task sequences of fixed length and a start step that is not divisible by 15 minutes. Previously, Builder sometimes incorrectly scheduled days off under these conditions. (ER# 176041469)

Corrections and Modifications
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 7.6 release of Workforce Management Builder.
This release includes the following corrections and modifications that were made between Release 7.5 or earlier releases and the initial 7.6 release:
Distribution of meals and breaks is now improved; the impact on the staffing is smoother than before. Previously, several breaks or meals were sometimes scheduled at the same time, causing understaffing, even though it was possible to schedule them farther apart. (ER# 38274766, 110814528)
With this release, the setting for maximum distance between shift items can no longer cause a Builder to schedule a day off when the shift paid duration is fixed and the shift has no shift item sequences. (ER# 125273608)
Now WFM Builder releases all memory after building a schedule. Previously, Builder continued to reserve memory after each build until it terminated. (ER# 144432384)
Now, breaks in a shift are correctly scheduled when shift, meal, and break synchronization is specified and a part-day exception is configured on the same day. (ER# 166786448)
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
Workforce Management Builder will sometimes disregard an agent's preference to be scheduled for longer shifts and more days off per week, or the opposite (shorter shifts and fewer days off). (ER# 220767282)
