There are Known Issues in the current implementation of the Configuration Audit Report. In the descriptions of the issues below, that report is abbreviated as "the CA Report" and the User Interface is abbreviated as "the UI."
Actions that are performed in the UI are shown differently in the report
After a security role is assigned to a user, all user former security options are reported as deleted and all new security options are reported as inserted. (ER# 254162258)
Shift Items Sequence update actions in the user interface are reported as delete actions and insert actions in the CA Report. (ER# 243996680)
Agent TimeOff Bonus changes are not reflected in the CA Report. (ER# 248048981)
Default Values Shown
There are some default fields that are inserted when new object is created. Some of those fields might be not shown in the user interface.
The field Strict appears in the CA Report for Activity Set, but does not appear the UI. This field is used internally by WFM Server. (ER# 244281664)
The CA Report for the newly created Activity Group contains daily availability fields similar to those in a Multi-Site Activity (MSA). The reason is that historically, MSA and Activity Group share the same table in the database and the same object type. (ER# 253550089)
When a time-off rule is assigned to an agent, the agent's audit record contains extra default fields for Agent Time Off Rule. (ER# 253820377)
When a new Weekly Pattern is created inside a Rotation Pattern, the CA Report shows default values for start time and duration for all days of the week. (ER# 254059637)
Different Fields Presentation
Some field values are shown differently in the CA Report than they appear in the UI.
The checkbox value Prevent Requests That Are More Than (selected or cleared) in the UI is not represented in the Configuration Audit Report. (ER# 242640969)
Changes made in the UI to the Contract checkbox value Use Synchronization of Daily Schedules (selected or cleared) are not reflected in CA Report. (ER# 243581239)
Changes made in the UI to the Contract checkbox value Days Off per Schedule Planning Period checkbox value (selected or cleared) are not reflected in CA Report. (ER# 243627392)
The shift value Latest Start Time in the UI appears in the CA Report as the difference between Shift Latest Start Time and Earliest Start Time. (ER# 243679978)
Changes made in the UI to the meeting value Meeting Usage (in Split Meeting, Individual Activity or Regular) are reflected in the CA Report as Boolean (true/false) changes to different fields. (ER# 243680279)
The CA Report contains the Genesys Switch DBID in the field Switch Used for Statistics, instead of the Genesys Switch name shown in the UI. (ER# 242366189)
The start week of the agent's rotation pattern appears in the CA Report as a week number in the assigned pattern, instead of as the name of that week. (ER# 246831417)
When Weekly Rotating Pattern shift properties are updated, the Any
Shift value in UI is reflected in the CA Report as empty value. (ER# 244037263)
When a user creates a new Weekly Pattern, the default values for day's start
time appears as 12:00 AM
instead of as an empty field. (ER# 254059637)
Changes to an Activity Group are shown as changes to the Multi-Site Activity (MSA). Historically, Activity Group was a type of MSA, and shared the same object type and DB table as an MSA. (ER# 253550081)
Audit Log for Deleted Objects
The CA Report does not report changed Time Off Types when the associated sites have been deleted. (ER# 242640500)
After a site is deleted, the Audit log doesn't show changes made to that site prior to its removal. (ER# 254395297)
