The following information applies to Genesys 7.1.x software and is important for you to note: Universal Callback Server requires that VisualAge C++ version 6 or later should be installed on AIX 5.1 32-bit. (ER#97166) 64-bit modules built on 4.3.2.0 AIX hosts cannot be used on 5.x AIX hosts since they are not compatible. (ER#100089) In 7.1 release of VCB for callback processing, it is recommended to use Genesys Agent Desktop (GAD) instead of Genesys Contact Navigator (GCN). GCN cannot support  voice callback in preview mode since it does not allow the agent to send an acknowledge response.  (ER# 81397, 81444) See the Universal Callback Server 7.1.x Release Note for new features, corrections, and known issues.
