When GLA is installed on Windows 10, it is now possible to use the Configuration Edit screen to modify the UC Connector host and port information. (UCC-872)

Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.


Normally, GLA allows the UC Connector host and port information to be specified during the installation procedure and also subsequently using the Configuration Edit screen while GLA is running. When installed on Windows 10, it is not possible to use the Configuration Edit screen to modify the UC Connector host and port information. To modify this information on Windows 10, GLA must be re-installed. (UCC-872)

When GLA is not able to connect to UC Connector, it will not display an exit button in the UI and must be stopped using Windows Task Manager. (UCC-864)
