Introduction

This document applies to all 7.6 releases of the Statistics Platform SDK for Java subcomponent that are specified in the Contents (above). For a list of other Java Platform SDK subcomponents, or to read about the Java Platform SDK in general, see the Platform SDK & Application Blocks for Java Release Note.

• Links in the Contents section enable you to access information regarding a specific release. Releases are listed by version number rather than in date order. For this reason, a recent release may be listed after earlier releases, if the version number is lower. Except when otherwise noted in the information for a specific release, each release includes all of the features and corrections that were introduced for the applicable operating system at earlier dates, regardless of the version numbering.
• The Release Number table lists the supported operating systems for each release at a high level. For more detailed information, see the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide.
• The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected.
• The Corrections and Modifications section for each release may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

Note: Genesys follows applicable third-party redistribution policies to the extent that Genesys solutions utilize functionality of commercial or non-commercial third parties.

New in This Release

There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in this release of Statistics Platform SDK for Java.

• The StatisticType enumeration now contains a new Any value. Using this value allows different types of statistics to be returned in a single package.

Corrections and Modifications

This release also includes the following corrections and modifications:

The InsensitivityPercentage property is now printed in Platform SDK logs. (ER# 212448975)

The StatServerProtocol class now has a public SetClientName method. (ER# 214525373)

Current State statistics can now be retrieved correctly by Statistics Platform SDK for Java. (ER#s 159449022, 176592833, 179098101, 179098110)

Campaign and CampaignGroup status types have been created. Previously, Statistics Platform SDK for Java could not read the CurrentCampaignStatus statistic. (ER#s 173977435, 174290051)

Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.

The InsensitivityPercentage property is not printed in Platform SDK logs. (ER# 212448975)

The StatServerProtocol class has no public SetClientName method. (ER# 214525373)

The connection to Stat Server is closed when an agent attempts to retrieve a statistics package with Current State statistics where the object is Agent, and the subject is DNStatus. (ER# 159449022)

Statistics Platform SDK for Java cannot read the CurrentCampaignStatus statistic. (ER# 174290051)

Current State statistics that have DNAction as a subject cannot be parsed by the Statistics Platform SDK for Java. (ER# 176592833)
