This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 8.0.100.06. TSCP is the shared software that all T-Servers use. Consult the TSCP release note for information on changes to the Common Part that may affect the functionality of your particular type of T-Server.
There are no restrictions for this release. This release contains the following new features or functionality:
T-Server now supports single-step transfers and two-step transfers from conference calls. T-Server properly reports such transfers if the configuration option allow-split-conference
is set to true
. If the configuration option is set to false
, then any transfer requests for a party in a conference call will be blocked. For complete details, refer to the Framework 8.0 for T-Server for Rockwell Spectrum Deployment Guide. (ER# 234722904, 234855452)
This release contains the following corrections and modifications:

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 8.0.001.15. TSCP is the shared software that all T-Servers use. Consult the TSCP release note for information on changes to the Common Part that may affect the functionality of your particular type of T-Server.
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 8.0 release of T-Server for Rockwell Spectrum.
T-Server now supports Trunk Optimization and new messaging requirements.
T-Server now supports the Spectrum switch message Device Dropped
.
create-addr-on-register
option has been introduced to enable clients to register and send requests for DNs that do not have an entry in Configuration Manager. This release includes the following corrections and modifications that were made between release 7.6 or earlier releases and the initial 8.0 release:
T-Server now consistently processes a TAgentLogin
request for agents who are already logged in. Previously, T-Server incorrectly sent an EventError
message for a TAgentLogin
request with the credentials of the currently logged-in agent if the agent was in NotReady
state. (ER# 199919436)
T-Server now correctly reports the CallState
attribute in the EventPartyDeleted
message after an external DN is released from a blind conference in a short-time interval after the conference is completed. (ER# 208694073)
T-Server now correctly interprets the Position Status Change
switch message and correctly reports agent state when race conditions occur in unsuccessful single-step transfer scenarios. (ER# 214111118)
T-Server now correctly reads and applies various sets of prefixes, including the deprecated combination of empty route-dn-prefix
and non-empty queue-prefix
settings. Previously, T-Server could not recognize a queue as a target in a TRouteCall
request, and as a result, T-Server sent a deficient message to the switch. (ER# 232387122)
T-Server now correctly reads and applies the value of the vag-support
configuration option when it is modified dynamically. Previously, T-Server did not apply changes to the option when it was modified at run time. This issue occurred in T-Server version 7.6.019.27 and later. (ER# 233633440)
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
When running on the Linux 32-bit platform, T-Server may become unstable when processing ISCC conference scenarios if the use-data-from
