New in This Release

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 7.6.008.12. TSCP is the shared software that all T-Servers use. Consult the TSCP release note for information on changes to the Common Part that may affect the functionality of your particular type of T-Server.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

T-Server now correctly matches a TMakePredictiveCall request with an appropriate EventDialing message when processing multiple Predictive Dialing requests on the same queue concurrently. Previously, starting with version 7.6.009.11, T-Server could identify erroneously a request-event pair, which resulted in attaching incorrect UserData to the call in EventDialing. (ER# 230221075)

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

T-Server now correctly works with the activated obsolete configuration option attach-acc-host-info. Previously, T-Server could become unstable if an inbound call arrived at the switch directly at an ACD Queue or Routing Point programmed to attach information from the account-information field of the subscriber_information switch message. Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

T-Server now correctly routes a call to an agent and reports CallStateOk in the EventRinging message, in the following scenario:

  1. A call is established between an agent and an external party.
  2. The agent makes a single-step transfer to a Routing Point.
  3. The call from the Routing Point is routed to another agent.
Previously, T-Server mistakenly reported the call state as CallStateTransferred, and incorrectly populated ThirdPartyDN and ThirdPartyDNRole attributes in EventRinging. (ER# 225346866)

This is a hot fix for this product. This release contains the following new functionality:

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

In a multi-site scenario, in which a call transfer is completed at one site while the consultation call is routed to another site, T-Server now generates an EventPartyChanged message and properly reports the ConnID attribute updates. Previously in this scenario, under rare race conditions between the completion of the transfer and of the call routing, T-Server did not generate EventPartyChanged, which resulted in a stuck call. (ER# 221813847)

T-Server now correctly processes the scenario in which a consultation call is originated and transferred from an established conference. Previously, T-Server sometimes became unstable after incorrectly activating cleanup algorithms while processing this scenario. (ER# 224983418)

This release corrects an issue which, in some cases of a single-step transfer to an ACD Queue, caused T-Server to become unresponsive. (ER# 227021935)

There are no restrictions for this release. This release does not contain new features or functionality.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

T-Server now processes multiple TMakePredictiveCall requests made to the same queue without unnecessary delay. Previously, T-Server executed subsequent requests only after it received the switch response for previous requests. This issue caused delays with agent activities. (ER# 204773306)

T-Server no longer becomes unstable when processing Call Transferred switch messages with the Trunk Port ID field. (ER# 210893711)

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

T-Server now correctly generates an EventLinkConnected message in a scenario where it disconnects the switch link connection because the polling timeout has expired and subsequently reopens the connection. (ER# 180464506)

T-Server now correctly reports the OtherTrunk attribute (or, when appropriate, the OtherDN attribute) in EventPartyChanged messages for transfer scenarios. This issue was applicable to T-Server versions 7.6.009.10 and 7.6.009.11. (ER# 201141734)

T-Server now correctly reports the OtherTrunk attribute in EventRouteRequest messages for inbound calls made to a Routing Point. (ER# 202303614)

New in This Release

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 7.6.008.03. TSCP is the shared software that all T-Servers use. Consult the TSCP release note for information on changes to the Common Part that may affect the functionality of your particular type of T-Server.

There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 7.6 release of T-Server for Rockwell Spectrum.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications that were made between release 7.5 or earlier releases and the initial 7.6 release:

T-Server no longer becomes unstable when it receives malformed switch messages with the incorrect length of CallID message element in them. (ER# 116916616)

T-Server now correctly processes the Position Status Changed switch message received for a Position DN with an incomplete active request. Previously, T-Server mistakenly ignored such a message. (ER# 142028033)

T-Server now correctly processes Position Status Changed switch messages and updates agents states for Logical Workstation Numbers (LWN) or Positions when the switch automatically signs out agents if they have been in the Not Ready state for longer than a specified timeout. Previously, T-Server occasionally ignored such switch messages if they arrived after a Feature Access (Set) message issued for the same LWNs or Positions. (ER# 121364188)

T-Server now correctly distributes an EventDNBackInService message for a remote agent DN when the agent has manually logged in after unsuccessful login attempts using the agent desktop, which placed the DN in out-of-service state. (ER# 150244605)

When the Event Party Propagation feature is in use and option use-data-from is set to consult-user-data, T-Server now generates EventPartyChanged for a DN at the remote location in the following scenario:

  1. A call is established between DN 1 (Party A at T-Server 1) and DN 2 (Party B at T-Server 2).
  2. From DN 1 the call is transferred via a single-step transfer to a Routing Point at the same T-Server 1.
  3. From the Routing Point the call is routed to a remote location (Party C at T-Server 2). So, two remote parties B and C are now on the call.
  4. ISCCEventPartyChanged is sent from T-Server 1 to T-Server 2 and EventPartyChanged is now generated for DN 2 (Party B at T-Server 2).

(ER# 103048321)

The poll-interval configuration option has been modified. Now, the option value changes take effect immediately. Previously, the option value changes took effect after the T-Server restart, which led to CTI link reconnection and service interruption. (ER# 142027977)
