Introduction

Several CCPulse+ custom metrics might produce incorrect results because of an error in the formula script. To correct metric definitions, edit the custom metrics in the following templates using the Template Wizard and replace result.Duration with result.Long:

The KPI report templates reference the wrong time profile—CollectorDefault instead of Default. The CollectorDefault time profile causes all statistics to reset to 0 every fifteen minutes in CCPulse+. To correct this and have statistics reset daily, in the Template Wizard, open the properties for each statistic and change the time profile to Default. (ER# 50075271)

The name of the NotReadyAgentsRatio stat type (used to calculate the Ready Ratio metrics in the KPI Tenant and KPI Agent templates) is misleading. This statistic actually calculates the ratio of ready agents. To avoid confusion, Genesys recommends that you rename this stat type to ReadyAgentsRatio and reassign the stat type to any real-time and and historical templates that use it. (ER# 45362007)

The VOICE_LOGIN_T and VOICE_READY_T historical metrics that are used in the VOICE_GQ, VOICE_Q, and VOICE_RP ODS layout templates are not calculated correctly and should be ignored.

The Total LogIn Time and Total Ready Time metrics in the KPI Queue template are not correct and should be ignored or removed from the template. (ER# 52965981)
