This release includes the following corrections and modifications that were made between Release 7.1 or earlier releases and the initial 7.2 release:
Total Inbound Terminated in the Resource E-Mail Handling Report is now calculated correctly. (ER# 81528)
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
CCPulse+ reports based on the General E-mail Handling template display metrics of different formats on the same graph. The Current statistical group of this template, for example, contains one metric (Age of Oldest Email) that displays in time format and three metrics (Waiting Processing, In Processing, Not-submitted) that display in numeric format. Having metrics of differing formats on the same graph makes the graph difficult to interpret. (ER# 83192)

The total number of agent-processed e-mail statistics (from the CCPulse+ Resource E-Mail Handling template) increases each time an agent works not only with a new e-mail interaction but also when the agent processes draft e-mails. (ER# 98332)
