The solution SPD file executes correctly when any combination of options are selected during the installation procedure. (GIR-419)
The solution SPD file option Create Alarm Conditions
now converts the T-Server and MCP alarm condition timeout value to seconds. Previously, the Create Alarm Conditions
prompted for the T-Server and MCP alarm condition timeout values in hours, but did not convert the value to seconds. (GIR-395).

If Recording Cyrpto Server (RCS) is restarted when a Genesys Administrator Extension user is logged in, the next Genesys Administrator Extension operation involving RCS fails because the RCS session saved by the Recording Plug-in for Genesys Administratpr Extension does not exist, causing RCS to display a 401 RCS is not available
error.
To work around this, the agent must log out, and log in again. (GIR-407)

If you Upload and/or delete recording certificates in one Genesys Administrator Extension session, these changes are not reflected in another Genesys Administrator Extension session. To work around this, you must log out and login again to the second Genesys Administrator Extension session. (GIR-400).

The solution SPD file option Create Alarm Conditions
prompts for the T-Server and MCP alarm condition timeout values in hours; however, the value is not converted to seconds when set in the alarm condition. For example, if the value is set to 1
, the timeout value will be one second instead of 3600 seconds. To work around this, you must enter the desired value in seconds. (GIR-394).
