If the QIL or MIL applications lose connection to the primary Configuration Server or do a switch-over from primary to backup Configuration Server, they now reconnect and register properly, in order to receive the Configuration Server's events. Previously, the QIL or MIL applications managed to reconnect, but failed to receive the Configuration Server's events to add, change, or delete Configuration objects. (ISDK-5874)

When starting QIL using the debug
log level, many exceptions appear prior to initialization (such as commons.core.util.HiddenKeysFilter - Cannot init hidden key
). Ignore these exceptions. They do not interfere with the API.

The QILQueue.getInteractionsByQuery()
method does not allow you to take snapshots of e-mail queues.
This method's result is restricted to a list of non-routing interactions due to internal conditions. (ER# 152360369)

If you are using QIL to perform snapshot retrievals, options defined in Interaction Server limit the maximum number of returned IDs. Refer to the Multimedia 7.6 Reference Manual for further details.
