Flash version 10.3 and higher has a compatibility problem with the Advisors Browser, which causes an 'illegal operation' error to be generated. To provide a workaround, Flash version 10.2 is bundled with this release. Instances of version 10.3 should be overwritten with 10.2. (PLR-230)

A problem with an exception occurring when the Skills Group pane is sorted for application contact centers has been corrected. (PLT-231)


Mail settings created for LDAP authentication no longer overwrite mail service configuration settings. (PLT-229)


Editing a skill group to assign a skill-group contact center to it no longer causes an error to display on the admin Skill Groups page. (PLT-228)


A mismatch of version numbers between the wrapper.jar file and the .exe and .dll files has been corrected. (PLT-217)

When a data source is added manually, the source type has to be entered in upper case, otherwise when the Geronimo service is started the CCAdv server generates errors.

Workaround: Use only capital letters.

If the Platform Server is running when Web applications (for example, Resource Management or Genesys Adapter-Administration Web) are installed, these applications will remain stopped.

Workaround: Ensure that Platform Server is stopped prior to installing the Web applications, or use Geronimo commands to start the modules after installation.
