Contact Center Advisor-Mobile Edition Release 8.1.2 maintains the features and functionality of the existing 8.1.1 Mobile Edition product. CCAdv-ME does not include features introduced in Advisors Platform and Contact Center Advisor Release 8.1.2.

If a user does not have access to any of the default metrics, the first one in the list of available metrics is displayed. (MDS-654)

When entering the logo URL in the CCAdv-ME Server configuration, be sure to include http: or https: in the URL. For example, enter http://www.Rogers.com, rather than www.Rogers.com. (MDS-664)

When running the CCAdv - ME Installer, if you specify Trend charting time profiles to configure the time profiles for the end userís Trend charting view, enter numeric characters only, such as 5, 30, 60, and so on. Do not enter alphabetic characters, such as ‘Now’ or ‘Half hour’. (MDS-521)

Neither special characters nor upper-case letters can be used in user names and passwords. (MDS-526)

CCAdv Mobile Edition does not require the user to log out and log back in when checking user permissions. Therefore, if a user has selected a certain contact center from Favorites and the Administrator subsequently revokes access to this contact center, an internal server error is generated. (MDS-562)

The Map pane displays all contact centers with a green icon whether or not the contact center has an alert. (MDS-248)
