This section describes new features that were introduced in this release of Contact Center Advisor–Mobile Edition (CCAdv–ME) iOS Client.
Support for iOS 9 and 10. The current release of CCAdv–ME does not support earlier releases of iOS. See the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide: Performance Management Advisors page for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems for all versions of this app.
CCAdv–ME now correctly displays values for point-in-time metrics. Previously, CCAdv–ME displayed N/A for all point-in-time metrics—even those that displayed valid values on the CCAdv dashboard—if the CCAdv–ME server was running release 8.5.1 software. (MDS-803, MDS-805)
In CCAdv–ME, you can now use metric names or business attribute names that contain characters that are valid XML characters (for example, the ampersand (&)). Previously, using metric names or business attributes that contained valid XML characters caused CCAdv–ME to crash and it could not recover. (MDS-807)

New labeling for time profiles:

pane, the time profile labels have been changed from N

and L.
On the Performance Monitor module, the time profile labels have been changed from NOW,
LAST 30,
and TODAY
to SHORT,
MEDIUM,
and LONG.
Note: The new labels are visible only with Performance Management Advisors server v8.5.0 and higher. If your Performance Management Advisors server is from a lower release than 8.5.0, you will continue to see the old labels.
The Advisors Mobile Edition interface by default now aligns with the look of the default iOS7 interface.
A new session timeout parameter requires users to log back into the Mobile Edition client if it has been in background continuously for more than 15 minutes. When the session expires, the following message appears, along with pre-filled user name and password fields, and the server URL: Session expired. Session has been idle over its time limit. Please re-login.

CCAdv–ME does not support iOS 8. For a detailed list of all supported operating systems for all versions of CCAdv–ME, see the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide: Performance Management Advisors page.
When logging in to the CCAdv–ME application from your mobile client device, ensure that you do not use a backslash (\) or colon (:) in the username or password. Authentication fails if you use either of these special characters. (MDS-526, MDS-528)
