Known Issues and Recommendations

When logging in to the CCAdv-ME application from your mobile client device, ensure that you do not use a backslash (\) or colon (:) in the username or password. Authentication fails if you use either of these special characters. (MDS-528)

When Alerts for a contact center are triggered, they do not display in the Performance Monitor window. (MDS-652)

When running the CCAdv - ME Installer, if you specify Trend charting time profiles to configure the time profiles that will be available in the end userís Trend charting view, you must use numeric characters only, such as 5, 30, 60, and so on. Do not enter alphabetic characters, such as Now or Half hour. (MDS-521)

Additional graphs display in error in the Trend pane when the iOS app is started a second time. (MDS-561)

The iPhone binary supplied on the CD is for reference only, and is not functional. Please download the functional application from the iPhone App store.

Metrics that are used only for calculations and should not be displayed are currently displayed on the Metrics tab. (MDS-152)

It is not possible to create artificial metrics and use them for trend charting. Only two such metrics are currently graphable: CloseRate and Revenue.
