This release is under shipping control. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 8.5 release of Contact Center Advisor - Mobile Edition Android Client.
Support for Android OS 4.0.3+ Kitkat.
Note: You must use Google Play services 5.0.84 or higher to run the Advisors Android Client.

Role-based access control enables you to control access to the Metrics tab and/or the Performance Monitor module.
A new Logout
button appears on the About
tab. The Logout
button returns you to to the login screen where you can re-enter your username, password, and server URL or quit the application.
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
When logging in to the CCAdv-ME application from your mobile client device, ensure that you do not use a backslash (\) or colon (:) in the username or password. Authentication fails if you use either of these special characters. (MDS-526, MDS-528)
