Social Messaging Server no longer processes interactions when a second access point is not configured. If a Chat session is requested by a media channel, Social Media Server sends a negative result to the media channel with the following message:
session (DspPU).(processOrdnTi): failed to create session, request ignored, server unable to create chat session.
Previously, if Facebook Private Messaging Monitor was configured without a second access point, the Facebook session interactions were submitted as reqular Facebook posts to the Interaction Server and delivered to the agent with exceptions.

In this release, Social Messaging Server that is configured as backup registers with Interaction Server correctly, and thus Interaction Server is able to send requests to the backup instance when it is running in primary mode. Previously, a backup Social Messaging Server did not register with Interaction Server properly. As a result, Interaction Server was unable to send requests addressed to a server configured as primary when the backup was running in primary mode. (ER# 301179871)
