SMS Server (running on Solaris) can lose connection with Message Server by ADDP timeout.
As a workaround, set the remote ADDP timeout to a value that is less than the local ADDP timeout multiplied by two,
or disable ADDP entirely by setting the local timeout to 0
(zero). (ER# 247312997)
