The Twitter Driver now downloads the entire followers and friends lists before starting to deliver inbound messages and starting to request processing. Previously, if the followers or friends lists contained more than 75000 members, the driver failed to download the list. As a result, the driver failed to mark inbound messages with the correct a message�s author is follower
and a message�s author is friend
attributes. (SMD-1368).

option controls SEARCH REST API data fetching, while str-track-<...>
controls STATUS STREAM API data flow. Both data flows must be configured identically with the same requests because the Driver switches inbound messages flows between SEARCH REST API and STATUS STREAM API.
