in the Interaction Routing Designer Multiscreen
object.

The Classification Server NT service no longer stops when a user logs out of the server. (ER# 161146175)
When the Exact match
checkbox is checked on the Screening Rule form, the Classification Server now uses case-insensitive matching instead of case sensitive. (ER# 147381619)
Now e-mails match the rule when the Exact match
checkbox is checked. (ER# 147381615)
Now when applying several screening rules to e-mails, the e-mail with the highest relevancy is returned. Previously, the e-mail with the lowest relevancy was returned. (ER# 140191318)
