Genesys does not recommend installation of its components via a Microsoft Remote Desktop connection. The installation should be performed locally.
When operating in a multi-site environment with more than 10 T-Servers, during processing a
TQueryLocation (MonitorAllLocations) request from a T-Server client,
T-Server creates an extensive TKVList, which may affect T-Server performance and lead to excessive
memory and network bandwidth usage. (ER# 177518844)
