Usage Reporting — Usage reporting now includes Agent Group and Place Group usage.
In the License Usage Report, a warning symbol is now displayed next to Concurrent Peak Usage if the Provisioned Count has a value of 0 (zero) for a particular Sellable Item or Bundle, and the Concurrent Peak usage exceeds 0 (zero) for that time period. (LRM-388, ER# 320110510)
The License Usage Report is now sorted properly when you click on the Enabled Seat column heading to sort by that column. (LRM-387, ER# 320103471)

Configuring the LRM Plug-in for GAX to operate in either hosted or compliance modeUse Configuration Manager or Genesys Administrator to configure the LRM Plug-in for GAX to operate in either hosted or compliance mode. When operating in compliance mode, the following features are not available:
When running in hosted mode, all LRM features are available. By default, the LRM Plug-in for GAX operates in compliance mode.
To use Configuration Manager or Genesys Administrator to configure the LRM Plug-in for GAX to run in either hosted or compliance mode:
