Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.

Please deploy this language pack using the following procedure:

  1. Install the iWD language pack.
  2. Start Composer (in which GRDT should already be installed).
  3. Import rule templates from the language pack directory (for example, C:\GCTI\iWD Manager 810 GA\ruleTemplates\iWD_Standard_Rules).
  4. Publish new templates to GRAT.
  5. In GRAT, select your rule package and upgrade the template.
  6. Validate the rule. If the condition/action text was changed in the new template, you will need to delete and re-insert the erroneous condition(s) or actions(s)).

On UNIX platforms only, standard rules are not copied to the iWD Manager installation directory during installation. They are available under the location where the language pack was installed. (ER# 315181027)
