Introduction

As of February 1, 2012, Genesys is no longer an affiliate of Alcatel-Lucent; any indication of such affiliation within Genesys products or packaging is no longer applicable. Please see the Genesys website at http://www.genesys.com for more details.

This release note applies to all 8.1 releases of IVR Driver for WVR for AIX.

There release includes the following corrections or modifications:


IVR Driver can now be configured to communicate directly with IVR Server as it did in 6.5 mode. Do the following:

  1. On your IVR Driver for WVR, in the main() args panel within the d2is properties window, set 3 lines containing information about IVR Server Hostname, IVR Server GLI port, and IVR Name, each value on a separate line.
  2. Other driver parameters (like log_name) are configured in the Configuration Layer in the Data Transport section of the IVR Annex tab.

Note: When running in 6.5 mode, no 7.0 or later functionality is available in the IVR Driver.
