IVR Library now functions correctly when processing connections requests. (ER# 309468721, IVR-2717)


A socket flush routine is now used to ensure that the XML messages going to IVR Server are always sent promptly. (IVR-2718)


IVR Library now applies the log_print_send and log_print_recv configuration settings correctly. (IVR-2719)


IVR Library no longer becomes unresponsive if the 6.5 configuration mode is used. (IVR-2720)


IVR Library now properly handles both multiple XML messages contained within a single TCP/IP frame, as well as disconnect/reconnect sequences that in some cases caused improper operation of IVR Library. (IVR-2721)


This release fixes the memory leaks or instability that were previously caused by the common library code utilized in IVR Library. (IVR-2722)


IVR Library no longer becomes unstable if a keep-alive request is received between a login request message and the login response message. (IVR-2723)


IVR Library no longer becomes unstable when processing multiple common connection threads. (IVR-2724)


IVR Library no longer causes an IVR Driver to disconnect from Configuration Server. (IVR-2725)

Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.


There may be erroneous commonlib messages that show if and only if 6.5 configuration mode is used. These messages indicate Common: error -instance is not initialized, but operation is not effected. (IVR-2783)

The UDataAddList and UDataGetList methods have a restriction on the List of Key-Value pairs or List of Keys provided on the call, as well as upon the response provided. The delimiter specified as the first character in the provided List must not be contained in the Keys or Values specified, and must not be contained within the response data.

Also, if the default value for the configuration option, log_print_ud_delimiter, is chosen, then values must not contain the “:” (colon). If values are required to contain a colon, then setting the log_print_ud_delimiter option to a value other than “:” or “|” (pipe) will allow the colon within the value to be handled correctly. (IVR-2780)
