Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.

On UnixWare operating systems, if the UDataAddList function exceeds approximately 10,000 bytes a socket error will be sent to IVR Library which will interrupt the call flow.

Workaround: IVR Library will reject any user data containing a key-value pair string with a length greater than 9999. This will prevent the socket error, yet still provide sufficient user data capability.
