Supported Operating Systems
New in This Release
Corrections and Modifications

Supported Operating Systems

The operating systems supported by this release are listed in the Contents, above.

New in This Release

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 8.1.001.62. TSCP is the shared software that all T-Servers use. Consult the TSCP release note for information about changes to the Common Part that may affect the functionality of your particular type of T-Server.

This is a hot fix for this product. This release does not contain any new features or functionality.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

The Microsoft Windows Installer package (MSI) now contains an intecom_server.pdb file. (ER# 323648448)

T-Server now correctly processes call scenarios where a consultation call is made to a destination DN that is configured incorrectly (the DN is configured as an ACD Queue in the configuration environment, while at the same time, it is configured as an agent's line on the PBX). Previously in such scenarios, T-Server did not distribute an EventRinging event and stopped responding. (ER# 313844356)

Corrections and Modifications

Supported Operating Systems

The operating systems supported by this release are listed in the Contents, above.

New in This Release

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 8.1.001.50.

T-Server now accepts TAgentLogin requests containing a ThisQueue attribute with an empty string and uses the currently associated pilot of the DN, which is initially set to the value of the pilot DN-level option configured in the TServer section, and is updated whenever T-Server receives one of the following notifications:

  1. A computer-telephony integration (CTI) message is sent from the switch with a Pilot ID for this DN (a DB_MESG, a CIM, or a CPF message containing an Agent Line field).
  2. The DN-level option, pilot, is changed.
  3. The DN-level option, pilot, is deleted from the configuration environment. T-Server then updates the associated pilot with an empty string value.

Previously, if the ThisQueue attribute was not specified, T-Server rejected these TAgentLogin requests. (ER# 310022643)

T-Server now rejects a TReconnectCall request and generates an EventError message after the main call is released at the DN for which the request is issued. Previously, when T-Server received a TReconnectCall request after the main call was released at the DN for which the request was issued, but there was still another party on the call, T-Server did not reject this request and sent a CTI message to the switch. (ER# 309210283)

Release Number 8.1.009.65 [08/27/12] – Hot Fix

Supported Operating Systems
New in This Release
Corrections and Modifications

Supported Operating Systems

The operating systems supported by this release are listed in the Contents, above.

New in This Release

This release of T-Server is built with the T-Server Common Part (TSCP) release number 8.1.001.47.

T-Server now correctly distributes the Reference ID attribute in the following scenario:

  1. DN1 makes an outbound call.
  2. An external party answers.
  3. DN1 initiates the consultation call to a Routing Point.
  4. An external party releases the call, which is followed immediately by a TReconnectCall request from the T-Server client.

Previously, a TReconnectCall request for the released call caused T-Server to return the Reference ID attribute in the EventReleased event for the consultation call. (ER# 307340009)

T-Server now correctly sets the ANI attribute in an EventDialing event after a CIM:CALL_QUEUED message is received from the switch in scenarios where an inbound call arrives at an ACD Queue. Previously, the ANI attribute could be incorrectly set in these EventDialing events. (ER# 305838601)

T-Server now supports the configuration option, distrib-attr-dnis-from, to allow T-Server to update the value of the DNIS attribute in call-related events with the digits found in the DNISOriginal message field provided in CTI (computer-telephony integration) events. This option is set in the TServer section of the T-Server Application object.

distrib-attr-dnis-from
Default Value: dnis-original
Valid Values: dnis-original, dnis-routing
Changes Take Effect: Immediately

Specifies whether T-Server should distribute the DNIS attribute in call-related events based on the content of the CTI message fields, DNISOriginal or DNISRouting, if this value was not previously set during the life of the call.

(ER# 305838539)

T-Server now uses the correct User Group value from a configuration environment when sending a ARC:AGENT_SIGNON CTI message to the switch. Previously, T-Server incorrectly sent a value of 1 regardless of the value provided in a configuration environment, whether configured in the user-group configuration option for the DN, or the default-user-group configuration option for the T-Server Application object. (ER# 305838342)

T-Server now correctly synchronizes DN states based on the value of the off-hook flag in the CPF:STATION_STAT_RESP message. Previously, T-Server incorrectly processed the off-hook flag. (ER# 284002521)

This mode is compatible with release 7.6 of T-Server. If the option is set to false, T-Server populates AttributeDNIS with digits provided in the DNIS Original field in the first of the messages CIM:RING_DIRECT, CIM:RING_XFER, CIM:RING_CFALL, CIM:RING_CFBUSY, CIM:RING_CFNOANS, CIM:DIRECT_CALL, CIM:DIRECT_XFER, CIM:CFALL, CIM:CFBUSY, or CIM:CFNOANS, related to the current call. (ER# 281455753)

A new configuration option, distrib-this-queue, has been added in this release:

distrib-this-queue
Default Value: false
Valid Values: true, false
Changes Take Effect: Immediately

Specifies how T-Server populates AttributeThisQueue in call-related events. If the option is set to true, T-Server populates AttributeThisQueue with the agent's ACD Queue digits, for all calls in which the agent participates. This mode is compatible with release 7.6 of T-Server. If the option is set to false (the default), T-Server populates AttributeThisQueue with the agent's ACD Queue digits only for the calls that are distributed from a queue. (ER# 182881743)
