Genesys provides hot fixes for BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) XI software. These hot fixes are recommended for deployment on the listed BOE software only.

There is no Genesys-supported path for migrating any of the previous Interactive Insights releases to the current release. Starting with the 7.6.2 release, however, the software does support concurrent and different Interactive Interactive releases co-existing within the same BOE repository. Refer to the latest Genesys Interactive Insights 7.6 Deployment Guide for details. No longer must you uninstall prior releases of Interactive Insights in order to install the latest release.
